What did I do before coming to Lebanon? I taught in Morocco (one year in Casablanca and one year in Marrakech) for 2 years and in Benin, West Africa for 1 year. I've also taught English in California and Paris, France.What do I like best about Lebanon? The hospitality and generosity of the people I've met, the cosmopolitan atmosphere and diversity(everyone has a family member in another country)and the restaurants. What do I want to learn in Lebanon? I'm hoping that after two years in Lebanon I will finally be able to hold an interesting conversation in Arabic (not: "The weather is sunny".) and read (a very short poem), dance oriental style and understand Lebanese politics. What dreams do I still want to accomplish? I would like to travel to East Africa and learn how to play an instrument well. What about you?
